FloridaStateCannabis.org (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates informal websites about the cannabis industry in various states, including the site [www.floridastatecannabis.org] (the “Site”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how the Company collects, uses, and shares information from individuals who use the Site or who communicate with us about the services offered by the Company (the “Services”).
1. Information Collected
We may collect a variety of information from or about you from various sources, as described below.
- Information You Submit to Us. When communicating with the Company, you may submit to us your personal contact information, such as your name, job title, company name, physical address, email address, and phone number. If you are a vendor or independent contractor, you may provide us with contact information for you or your employees and your payment information.

5. Children’s Privacy
This Site is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children. 6. International Transfer of Information Collected
We are a United States company and the Site is hosted in the United States. If you choose to communicate with us or visit the Site from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from United States law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. We may also transfer your information from the United States to other countries or regions in connection with the storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and providing our Services. By providing any information, including personal information, directly to the Company, or to us on or through the Site, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
7. Florida Residents
The Company acknowledges that individuals in the State of Florida have certain rights associated with the personal information received and retained by the Company through the appropriate Florida privacy laws. While the Company is waiting for Florida to pass its proposed consumer privacy law, we assure you that we do not sell information about you.
8. Do Not Track Notice
Many web browsers give you the option to send a "Do Not Track" signal to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. At this time, the Site does not specifically respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of our analytics service providers to learn about their choices concerning the information they collect from individuals. From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy.
